Based in Southern California, Alex works with engineers, educating them on reinforcing their asphalt, and choosing correct reinforcement strategies. He also works with producers and contractors to achieve project success by ensuring that our solutions are implemented correctly. In his free time, Alex loves to keep himself busy snowboarding, surfing, gardening, wrenching on his car, and building things in his garage. Proud of his Greek heritage, Alex also loves cooking up authentic Greek cuisine.
Allen manages national accounts throughout the US and the implementation of PGS pavement solutions to clients across the Central US Regions. He is vice-chair for the Missouri Asphalt Pavement Association. Allen also spent 9 yrs in the United States Air Force in the field of Air Transportation Logistics. Outside of work, Allen loves to spend time outdoors camping and golfing with family and friends.
Ana is our amazing Corporate Controller and is the keeper of numbers here at PGS. She has a love for spreadsheets, detail, and analyzing numbers. Outside of work, Ana loves to spend time with her husband and two kids, and you can usually find them outside hiking, hunting, or fishing in the wilderness. She's a fantastic photographer and loves capturing the beauty of nature during her adventures.
Candice works in the states of Montana, Wyoming, South, and North Dakota to bring the oil and gas industry new and innovative pavement solutions. She loves spending time outside with horses and going for trail rides. Candice grew up in Midland, Texas, and ended up attending Metropolitan State University of Denver where she competed in college basketball.
Hayden keeps busy setting up voyager fiber feeders at continuous drum and batch plants all around the US, along with training people on how to run and maintain them. One of Hayden's biggest passions outside of work is lifting weights. He competes in powerlifting and has some pretty impressive lifts under his belt. He also enjoys hiking, dirt biking, and photographing nature.
Hunter travels all over the country setting up voyager fiber feeders at continuous drum and batch plants along with teaching people how to run and maintain them. Outside of work, Hunter is super passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking. On top of that, Hunter is an incredible bull rider and competes in rodeos.
Jason travels from one job to another to set up voyager fiber feeders at continuous drum and batch plants. He also trains people on site how to run and maintain the feeders. Jason is passionate about the great outdoors and loves to spend time with his family most, often bringing them along with him while traveling to set up feeders. He loves living life on the open road and sharing the amazing experiences that traveling brings with his loved ones.
Jeff is our Logistics Manager at PGS and supports our team and their ongoing daily efforts. He's an integral part of making sure our team, and by extension our clients, have success. From IT support to order processing, Jeff can do it all. Outside of work, heavy metal and horror movies are Jeff's obsessions. Jeff played in a band when he was younger, and still enjoys playing the guitar today.
Joe is our senior pavement engineer at PGS and is an industry expert in incorporating reinforcement systems into pavement designs. He works with public agencies and private companies to understand their pavement needs and develop customized approaches to address their needs. Outside of work, Joe loves to spend his time playing with his kids most.
Joe (JB) is an Assistant Project Manager here at PGS. He plays a key role in supporting the St Louis Branch and Midwest Region. Outside of work, JB loves to spend his time Bass fishing most. He's been an avid fisher ever since his childhood when he participated in tournaments with his father.
Karissa is often the first and last point of communication in delivering value to our customers. You might find her at an Asphalt Plant training, or in a board room teaching. Karissa was a soccer player at Marquette University, where she developed a passion for sport and competition. During the winter she hangs up her cleats and puts on snow boots so she can enjoy some of the great mountains America has to offer.
Kiran is a staff engineer at PGS and helps design innovative pavement systems for our clients. He has a masters in Pavement Engineering & Science from the University of Nevada and also a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering. Outside of work, Kiran loves to play soccer, basketball, read, and explore new places with his loved ones.
Lon, a Pavement Solutions Manager at PGS, covered territory in Washington, Idaho, and Alaska. Outside of work, he enjoys road and mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding, golfing, and hiking in the woods with his dog Lola. Lon is retired now, but forever a big part of our PGS family.
Maurice keeps things moving and the wheels turning for us at PGS. Maurice has always been all in and dedicated to finding efficiencies, reducing risk, and making sure project costs don’t go over budget. Outside of work, Maurice spends the majority of his time in the outdoors and with his wife and kids. As an avid bow hunter, you might also find Maurice in the woods searching for food or riding his motorcycle with his boys.
After spending a few years in the heavy civil site construction world, Mike noticed a need for more technology adoption across the industry and founded what is now Pacific Geosource. 11 years later, our company is an industry leader in providing tailored reinforcement pavement solutions. Mike lives for adventure. He loves exploring Oregon with his 3 kids and enjoys exploring new places wherever he travels for work. He also loves a good adrenaline rush, whether it be riding the coastal dunes on his dirt bike or white water rafting down the Deschutes.
Mike manages projects in Oregon, Southern Washington and Alaska. He graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. During his time at OSU, Mike also played football, which lead to a career in the NFL in 2006 playing for the Saints, Bears, Seahawks and Nighthawks.
Nolan is our project manager for the Mountain West Region. He also serves on the technical committee and the Northern Utah Regional Leadership Council for the Utah Asphalt Pavement Association. On top of that, Nolan is currently a member of the US Army Reserves and has served in the army for 15 years. Outside of work, Nolan loves to spend time with his wife and kids. Nolan also loves to camp, hunt and play basketball and golf with friends.
With a background in digital marketing, photography and graphic design, Rachel is eager to change the way people perceive pavement construction and maintenance thanks to growing up with a father based in civil engineering. Outside of work, Rachel loves being in nature and enjoys hiking and camping. Her biggest passion is motocross, she rides and competes in races all around the PNW.
